IN THIS WORKSHOP, YOU WILL LEARN HOW TO: Define your own success, develop a vision and plan of action, learn how to write a mission statement and individual plan of action, how to establish value and pricing for your artwork, the best way to
market your artwork and how to approach a gallery, museum or display venue.

We will discuss professional practices and understandings that enhance the production and display of your art and thus making the artist’s pursuit most effective.

II. How to Sell Artwork your own art or someone else’s by using effective sales
techniques, dealing with resistance, learning ways to help the collector be a collector, cultivating the collector.

A half day workshop: $40  enrollment is limited, (3 hours)

III. How to Utilize and Manage a Highly Effective Web Site

to promote your artwork for minimal cost and attract much more traffic (“organically” without paying for search engines).  You don’t have to be a “tech head” to help manage your web site.

A three hour workshop: $29  enrollment is limited or FREE when enrolled in all three!

INSTRUCTOR:  
Douglas E. Taylor has over 30 years of diverse
professional artist experience, as an artist, gallery owner and art educator.

Taylor has a Master of Fine Arts degree from Washington University in St. Louis, studied at Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore, Maryland, and Oregon College of Art in Ashland, Oregon.

He taught on the college level from 1982 to 1998, a variety of studio art courses and academic art history courses. He owned and managed a successful art gallery for 17 years.  He has spoken on this important subject, professional art themes and has helped many artists be more successful and fulfill and clarify their dreams.
